About this product
One hand, any height between 66 and 109 cm.
A metal stem on a 22.86 cm weather resistant base with a hand rolled rubber top, so the bat meets the ball rather than the tee.
The tee most clubs end up with, for the reason that it adjusts in one movement.
The height goes from 66 cm to 109 cm, which covers a five year old on a tee ball stand and an adult working on contact, and the adjustment is done with one hand while the other holds a bat.
The top is hand rolled rubber. It gives when the bat comes through, so a slightly low swing feels like a ball rather than a jolt up the arms.
The base is 22.86 cm across and made to sit outside. The whole thing is 2.7 kg and comes apart into two pieces, so it fits in most bat bags.
It takes baseballs, softballs and training balls.

Can Tee Ball Batting help create better hitting habits?
Yes, Tee Ball Batting is excellent for creating better habits because it rewards repeatable, controlled movement. Players can practise proper mechanics again and again until they become natural, helping good technique transfer more easily into competitive hitting situations.
Why do players keep using a Batting Tee as they improve?
Players keep using a Batting Tee because fundamentals still matter at every level. As hitters improve, tee drills can target smaller details such as contact quality, bat angle, and consistency, making it a long-term tool for development and performance.
Can a T Ball Tee help improve follow-through?
Yes, a T Ball Tee can improve follow-through by encouraging players to complete each swing with balance and control. Since the ball stays still, hitters can focus on the full movement from start to finish, often leading to smoother mechanics overall.
What makes Tee Ball Batting ideal for technique work?
Tee Ball Batting is ideal for technique work because it slows the swing down and removes extra variables. Players can concentrate on stance, load, swing plane, and finish, making technical adjustments easier to understand, practise, and retain.
Does a Batting Tee help with muscle memory?
Yes, a Batting Tee is highly effective for building muscle memory because it allows players to repeat the same motion with purpose. Consistent tee work helps the body remember better posture, stronger rotation, and cleaner contact for more automatic swings.
Can a T Ball Tee be part of every training session?
Yes, a T Ball Tee can fit into nearly every training session as a warm-up, technique block, or finishing drill. Its flexibility makes it useful for short practice bursts and longer routines, helping players keep the fundamentals sharp all year round.
How can Tee Ball Batting improve ball contact?
Tee Ball Batting improves ball contact by allowing players to rehearse the ideal strike point repeatedly. That focused repetition develops precision, bat control, and better barrel awareness, which can lead to cleaner, more centred contact and fewer weak swings.
Why is a Batting Tee a smart training choice?
A Batting Tee is a smart training choice because it delivers simple, repeatable, and high-impact practice. It helps players sharpen core mechanics without needing complex drills, making it one of the most practical tools for consistent skill development.
Can a T Ball Tee help fix common hitting mistakes?

What are the benefits of Tee Ball Batting repetition?
The biggest benefit of Tee Ball Batting repetition is that it turns sound technique into habit. Players can complete 100 or more focused swings, reinforcing movement patterns, building muscle memory, and making clean contact feel more natural under pressure.
How does a Batting Tee help with timing?

Can a T Ball Tee support power hitting drills?
Yes, a T Ball Tee can support power-focused drills by helping players work on strong contact, hip drive, and efficient bat speed. True power starts with clean mechanics, and repeated tee work helps players generate force with better control and consistency.
What age groups can use Tee Ball Batting equipment?
Tee Ball Batting equipment suits a wide range of age groups, from young beginners learning core skills to experienced players fine-tuning technique. Its value comes from controlled repetition, which supports development at nearly every stage of a player’s progression.
Is Batting Tee work useful before matches?
Yes, Batting Tee work is a smart pre-match option because it helps players feel balanced, sharp, and ready to hit. A short routine of controlled swings can reinforce sound mechanics and improve timing before play begins, helping hitters start with more confidence.
Can a T Ball Tee improve bat path?
Yes, a T Ball Tee helps players build a cleaner, more direct bat path. Because the ball position stays the same, hitters can focus on how the bat moves through the zone, making it easier to correct looping swings and produce stronger contact.
Why do coaches recommend Tee Ball Batting practice?
Coaches recommend Tee Ball Batting because it teaches fundamentals in a controlled, repeatable way. It helps players improve body alignment, contact quality, and movement efficiency, making it a trusted starting point for building strong habits before progressing to advanced drills.
Does a Batting Tee help with swing consistency?
Yes, a Batting Tee is one of the most effective tools for improving swing consistency. Repeating the same movement helps players lock in a reliable setup and cleaner bat path, reducing mishits and creating a steadier, more dependable performance over time.
Can a T Ball Tee be used for solo practice?
Yes, a T Ball Tee is perfect for solo practice because no thrower is needed. Players can set up quickly and take a high number of swings independently, making it easier to train more often and fit productive skill work into short or longer sessions.
What makes Tee Ball Batting drills effective?
Tee Ball Batting drills are effective because they remove distractions and isolate the swing. Players can focus on a single goal such as contact point, hip rotation, or follow-through, making it easier to correct flaws and turn good mechanics into repeatable habits.
How often should you train with a Batting Tee?
Using a Batting Tee several times a week can speed up improvement through regular repetition. Even sessions of 15 to 20 minutes can reinforce solid habits, sharpen timing, and support long-term progress without needing a training partner or complicated setup.
Can a T Ball Tee help players build confidence?
Yes, a T Ball Tee is excellent for building confidence because it gives players the chance to make successful contact again and again. That positive repetition helps hitters feel more in control, especially when developing technique or rebuilding form after poor results.
Does Tee Ball Batting help with hand-eye co-ordination?
Yes, Tee Ball Batting helps strengthen hand-eye co-ordination by encouraging repeated, accurate contact with the ball. Practising the same movement improves visual tracking and strike precision, which can lead to more confidence and a better contact rate over time.
Why is Batting Tee training so popular?
Batting Tee training is popular because it is simple, effective, and built around repetition. Players can complete 50 to 200 swings in a focused session, helping them groove technique faster. Coaches value it because it delivers measurable improvement without unnecessary complexity.
What skills can a T Ball Tee develop?
A T Ball Tee can develop timing, posture, bat speed, contact quality, and swing consistency. Because the ball remains still, players can isolate each phase of the swing and build stronger habits that carry over into more competitive hitting situations.
Can advanced players use a Tee Ball Batting setup?
Absolutely. A Tee Ball Batting setup is widely used by developing and advanced hitters alike. Skilled players use it to refine launch angle, improve barrel control, and work on weak areas in their swing, making it a valuable training staple at every level.
Is a Batting Tee good for beginners?
Yes, a Batting Tee is ideal for beginners because it makes learning simpler and less intimidating. New players can develop balance, body position, and bat control at their own pace, creating a solid base before progressing to moving-ball drills.
How does a T Ball Tee help improve hitting?

Why a tee is not only for beginners
A tee takes the pitch out of the equation. That sounds like a beginner's tool, and for a five
year old it is, but it is also how professional hitters fix a swing. With no ball travelling
towards you, the only variable left is what your body does, which is exactly what you are trying
to change.
Ten minutes off a tee, done properly, is worth more than an hour of chasing bad pitches.
Height is the whole point
Set the ball where you want to practise hitting it, not where the tee happens to be. A ball at
the top of the strike zone and a ball at the knees need different swings, and the only way to
groove both is to move the tee.
The range here is 66 cm to 109 cm. At the bottom of that range a young player hits off it
comfortably. At the top it sits at an adult's chest, which is where you go to work on high pitches
and to stop yourself dropping the back shoulder.
The rubber top matters more than it sounds
Everyone hits the tee sometimes. On a hard stem that is a jarring stop and, over a season, a
bent tee. A hand rolled rubber top folds out of the way and springs back, so a low swing costs you
nothing but the ball rolling off.
It also means the feel you get through the bat is the ball, which is the feedback you are there
for.
Using it outside
The base is made to be left out in British weather, and the practical advice is still to bring
it in wet. Water is not the problem. Grit is. A bit of sand between the stem sections is what
turns a one handed adjustment into a two handed argument.
A simple session that works
Set the tee at belt height. Hit ten. Move it down to the knees, hit ten. Move it up to the
chest, hit ten. Then go back to belt height and hit ten more, and see whether the swing has
tidied itself up.
Put a net behind the tee and you can do all of that in a garden without losing a ball. The
hitting net in this range folds down and goes in a bag for the same reason this tee does.
